Health and Safety
Rest easy. Here are the sanitization and safety measures we uphold at UvaUva:
Cleaning and Sanitation.
Our cleaning staff has been with us since we opened, and while we have always aimed to meticulously clean and disinfect each cabin and common area in between stays, we have since intensified our protocols even further. When cleaning cabins, our staff is required to wear gloves and masks now as standard protocol.
Social Distancing.
Our cabins are naturally socially distant, allowing you to enjoy your personal room and balcony with safely by design. Communal spaces allow you to come together when booking a stay with a larger group of close friends and family. However, other than the entrance to your room itself, other communal spaces are optional to use at your discretion.
Self-Catering Cabins and Contactless Check-In.
Our property is a self-catering environment. On the day of your check-in, you are provided the instructions you need to locate and enter your cabin. We love greeting our guests and will do so whenever we can either virtually or in person, adhering to strict social distancing guidelines. Otherwise, the cabins are designed to enable you to enjoy them privately, without worry of interruptions or disturbances.
Supporting Local Businesses.
We have the best neighbors. The restaurants, tap rooms, and wineries that make up our part of the Valle de Guadalupe are some of the most special parts of staying at UvaUva, and we strongly believe in uplifting local businesses. However, we ask that you check local guidelines before visiting these places, including gas stations and grocery stores. Please note that a mask may be required in order to enter local establishments.
We are working hard to create a safe, reliable, and responsible environment for you to kick back and enjoy. Please reach out to us at any time by phone (+52 646 192 9090) or email (info@uvauva.com) with any questions you may have.
